Lawyer and tax advisor.
Responsible for the area of tax procedures, she is an expert in the defines of the taxpayer’s interests, both the individual and the business, before the Tax Revenue Administration in the administrative and judicial process.
She is also undertaking the work of tax and accounting advising for entrepreneurs and family businesses and planning for their hereditary succession.
She has been a head of the area of tax procedures in Servifisc, SL Assessora, SL i Roca Puig Ramon & Añoveros, SA. She is currently a member of the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors where she is actively involved in organising and giving lectures on tax procedure.
Law degree and Master in Company Law from the University Pompeu Fabra, has participated in a number of courses and seminars, highlighting the Arbitration Course taught at the ESADE Bankruptcy Course, the Insolvency Course taught at the College of Notaries of Catalonia and sessions and seminars organised by the Bar Association of Barcelona.
